Astrologer Panel Terms

1. Application and verification

Panel membership is by application and personal review. You must provide accurate details of your practice — systems, experience, languages, certifications, and references — and consent to our verification, which may include contacting your references and a video interview.

A panel badge indicates verification of your stated credentials at the time of review. You may not represent the badge as a government or institutional accreditation.

2. Standards of practice

As a panel astrologer, you agree to:

• Return assigned kundali reviews within 48 hours of assignment, or decline the assignment promptly.
• Present readings honestly and within your tradition's framework — astrological guidance is a matter of belief and interpretation, and must never be presented to members as certain fact.
• Never use fear-based selling: remedies may be suggested, never pushed; no pressure to purchase gemstones, rituals, or additional services, on or off the Platform.
• Keep member birth data strictly confidential — use it only for the assigned review or consultation, never retain or reuse it, and never contact members outside the Platform.
• Behave respectfully with members and families in every session; sessions may be rated, and recordings (where members consent) may be reviewed in a dispute.

3. Fees and payment

You receive a fixed fee per completed kundali review, and your own listed rate per live consultation, as configured in the panel dashboard. Nischaya deducts a platform fee from consultation rates at the percentage shown in the dashboard.

Payouts are made weekly to your registered bank account, less applicable TDS under the Income-tax Act, 1961. You are responsible for your own tax compliance; GST, where applicable, is your obligation.

Sessions cancelled by you, or no-shows by you, are refunded to the member in full and earn no fee. Repeated no-shows are grounds for removal.

4. Content of reviews

Written reviews you deliver are licensed to Nischaya and the requesting member for display and personal use within the Platform. You retain ownership of your original methods and interpretations.

5. Ratings, suspension, and removal

Members rate reviews and consultations. We may suspend or remove panel members for breach of these standards, consistently poor ratings, upheld complaints, or unlawful conduct. You may leave the panel at any time by completing or declining open assignments and giving notice.

6. Relationship and liability

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Nischaya. Readings and consultations are your professional output; Nischaya does not direct their content and is not liable for decisions members make based on them.

You agree to indemnify Nischaya against claims arising from your breach of confidentiality, your readings, or your violation of law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
